Eric Kish has spent more than three decades building, breaking, and rebuilding organizations — across 7 industries, 3 continents, and 12 turnarounds. As a CEO and operator, he learned that most scaling efforts don't fail because of strategy. They fail because the people executing it aren't ready, aligned, or fairly rewarded for their contribution. That insight became the exIQtive method. Today Eric works with founders, CEOs, and executive teams to close the gap between strategic intent and behavior at scale. He is the author of three books, a Highly Valued Vistage speaker with 250+ sessions delivered, and holds advanced degrees from Stanford, MIT, and Carnegie Mellon. Before any of that, he spent 10 years in the Israeli Armored Corps — where he first learned what it means to build a team that performs under pressure.

A certified Talent Optimization Strategist and Predictive Index Partner, she helps leadership teams build the organizational structures that make scaling possible — not just on paper, but in practice. She holds an MBA from Rotterdam School of Management and has navigated two company exits.
